Vintage Walk
Buellton is a small community about 40 miles North of Santa Barbara in the Santa Ynez wine country. This project is located on Avenue of flags and was developed in response to the City’s desire for re-development of a blighted site. It consists of 11 residential condominiums, 7 affordable apartments and 12,000 square feet of commercial space at street level.
