Shoreline
This 15,750 square foot neighborhood shopping center is located in the Mesa area of Santa Barbara. The challenge here was to design a street friendly shopping center with the parking and storefront entrances located behind the buildings away from the street to avoid appearance of unattractive parking lots at the frontage next to the public sidewalk.
