Plaza Amistad
This 150 unit affordable housing community is located in the City of Santa Paula on a 6 acre redevelopment site to serve a diverse range of housing needs including rental apartments and farm-worker housing. The initial design was undertaken in the context a multi-day community design charrette with broad community input. The final project design has been submitted to the City of Santa Paula for development approvals.
