Paseo de la Playa
Much of the waterfront area of Santa Barbara was originally developed for industrial uses. Over time priorities have shifted toward recreation, housing and visitor serving commercial uses in.  Changing community needs indicated that housing would be the preferred use for this site. As designed the project consist of 91 units of housing with 21 units affordable to moderate income buyers. The site plan is configured to provide a pedestrian oriented environment of interconnected paseos and courtyards.
