Lompoc Old Town Plaza
The City of Lompoc is undergoing an effort to revitalize its downtown core and this project responds to that effort. The project involves the redevelopment of a vacant site with a 34,000 square foot mixed commercial development which is adjacent to a newly restored theater that will serve as a centerpiece to a revitalized downtown.
