Laguna Court
An 18 unit condominium development on a one acre site in a neighborhood of predominantly California Craftsman style bungalows. Three existing bungalows were preserved on site and integrated into the overall development. The project recreates the feel of a charming traditional bungalow court while solving challenging topography and other site constraints.
