Citrus Place
This residential community was designed as a Traditional Neighborhood Development.  All 160 units face a pedestrian friendly street with a front porch or courtyard and the garages are accessed by an alley. Fifty percent of the units are rental and affordable to low income tenants and 50% will be sold as affordable work force condominiums providing a mix of housing types for a variety of income levels. A park and community center are an integral part of the proposed development.
