2009 GOLD NUGGET WINNER
This unique project provides 12 units of affordable housing for downtown workers. The building is located directly adjacent to a newly constructed a municipal parking structure. The project was conceived as part of an effort to explore the possibility of providing much needed housing in conjunction with the development of this downtown parking garage. A small public plaza located in front of the project is part of the overall design.
