Casa de la Fuentes
This project consists of 42 studio and one bedroom apartments on less than an acre of land. The units are targeted for low-income residents who work in downtown Santa Barbara. It is designed in a courtyard housing style reminiscent of the charming Mediterranean style courtyard apartments built circa 1920-30 in Los Angeles.
